On 29 January 2026, the Yunnan Enterprises Promotion Conference and Business Exchange Meeting was successfully held in Riyadh, jointly organized by the Yunnan provincial delegation and the Saudi Chinese Business Council (SCBC). The event aimed to introduce Yunnan’s key industries and high-quality enterprises to the Saudi and Middle Eastern market, and to promote practical cooperation between Chinese and Saudi companies.
During the event, representatives from Yunnan delivered presentations highlighting the province’s strategic location, industrial strengths, and international cooperation potential. Several Yunnan enterprises conducted on-site product presentations and displays, showcasing their core products and competitive advantages. Among them, Yunnan specialty flower teas and related health products were prominently exhibited, reflecting the province’s strengths in natural resources, green agriculture, and value-added processing. The displays attracted strong interest from Saudi companies and attending guests, generating active discussions on market opportunities.
Both sides reaffirmed their commitment to maintaining close communication and advancing tangible cooperation projects, contributing to the continued development of China–Saudi economic and trade relations.
