Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin stressed that China’s negotiations with the European Union on the bilateral investment agreement are making great progress with promising prospects, adding that this progress came thanks to the joint efforts made by the two sides.
During a press conference, in response to a question about the recent developments in the Sino-European negotiations, Bean expressed his hope that an agreement between the two sides would be reached as soon as possible, to provide a strong institutional framework for economic and trade cooperation between them, and to bring tangible benefits to companies and citizens of both sides.
