Saudi Arabia signed six agreements and memoranda of understanding with Chinese entities during the Saudi–Chinese Contractors Forum in Shenzhen and awarded housing projects worth more than SAR 1.9 billion in Riyadh and Dammam. The contracts were awarded to China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) and China Construction Architectural Engineering Co., Ltd. (CCAEC) to build 2,010 housing units in Riyadh and 2,426 housing units in Dammam.
In addition, the National Housing Company (NHC) of Saudi Arabia signed a memorandum of understanding with Sinoma, while PowerChina, China Railway Construction Corporation (CRCC), and China Development Bank (CDB) participated in broader cooperation initiatives aimed at strengthening investment, construction technology, supply chains, and housing development between the two countries.
