Huawei, the Chinese technology giant, announced its expansion plans in the Middle East, Hong Kong and South America. The company will open a new local cloud service in Egypt next month, develop an artificial intelligence cloud computing center in Hong Kong, and establish availability zones in Brazil and Mexico. Last year, Huawei opened new data centers in Saudi Arabia and Turkey.
