Dar Global reinforced investment ties between China and Saudi Arabia following a series of high-level meetings in Beijing, Shenzhen, and Shanghai, coinciding with the opening of the Saudi real estate market to non-resident foreign investors. The meetings with leading Chinese developers and engineering and construction companies focused on strengthening long-term partnerships aligned with the Kingdom’s economic transformation. As China is Saudi Arabia’s largest trading partner, discussions explored opportunities for Chinese capital to participate in real estate projects within the Kingdom, as well as prospects for reciprocal cooperation. The visit also included engagement with the Hainan Free Trade Port, reflecting Dar Global’s strategy of linking Chinese expertise and capital with high-growth projects under Saudi Vision 2030.
