China Machinery Engineering Company (CMEC) has signed a partnership with Saudi Arabia’s National Housing Company (NHC) to build 20,000 new houses in a residential development owned by NHC. The partnership is part of a larger push to attract global firms to invest in Saudi Arabia’s real estate market, and to raise housing ownership in Saudi to 70%.
