Shandong Electric Power Construction III has signed a contract for the core project of the Amaala, an ultra-luxury resort area in Saudi Arabia. The contract includes the construction of a Rosewood Hotel in Amaala. Upon completion, the project will become the world’s first bamboo-structured building complex with dual certifications of LEED Platinum and WELL, aligning with Saudi Arabia’s carbon neutrality goals in “Vision 2030.”
