SULB National Company is advancing a 300,000-ton IF-LF-CC billet project in Rabigh.

Core equipment and plant buildings have been completed. The project was suspended for several years due to financing issues and now seeks to introduce a Chinese partner with metallurgical engineering expertise to jointly complete the remaining BOP system construction, installation, and commissioning.

The project is projected to commence production within 10–12 months, with remaining investment estimated at approximately SAR 16–18 million. Cooperation models are open for flexible discussion, including EPC subcontracting, joint advancement, or investment-construction integration.
