During LEAP 2024, a delegation from Hong Kong including Tsangs Group, a Hong Kong family office, Preface, a Hong Kong-based Cyberport tech startup and Cornerstone Robotics, a Hong Kong Science Park robotics company, joined the inaugural pavilion dedicated to Hong Kong startups. Attendees from mainland China and Hong Kong noted that the UAE’s strengths as a tech hub may be outcompeted by Saudi Arabia’s advantages as a “critical partner” for China.
