Saudi Arabia signed a memorandum of understanding with the Belt and Road Office under the government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China. The MoU aims to enhance information exchange in infrastructure and construction and facilitate the entry of Hong Kong professional services into the Saudi market. The strategic step opens new horizons of cooperation, expand construction and attracts quality investments in promising sectors under Vision 2030.
