Saudi Arabia’s fifth round of the Saadawi 2-million-kilowatt photovoltaic project has successfully completed a series of key domestic approval milestones. This marks the official entry of the project into the stage of applying for domestic guarantees, foreign loans, and medium- and long-term foreign debt financing. This achievement signifies that the largest new energy project of GD Power Development has bid for development and participated in investment and construction overseas has met some crucial prerequisites for financing closure.
