China Daily carried the exclusive interview with Mohammed Al Ajlan, deputy chairman of Ajlan & Bros group. Ajlan & Bros Group, the largest Saudi Arabian private sector conglomerate in China, has praised China’s improving business environment and further opening-up policies. Mohammed Al Ajlan highlighted that China’s policies to optimize the business environment for foreign companies are paying off. He cited the 9.9% year-on-year increase in newly established foreign enterprises in China in 2024 as evidence of the market’s growing appeal. Ajlan & Bros, which entered China in 35years ago, has witnessed China’s reform and opening-up first-hand. The group has established strategic partnerships with Chinese companies across diverse sectors like logistics, fintech, mining, manufacturing, and technology. These partnerships not only help Chinese companies expand into the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region but also support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. Looking ahead, Ajlan & Bros plans to focus on investments in energy, logistics, mining, manufacturing, and gaming in China, optimistic about China’s commitment to developing the digital economy, enhancing financial market openness, and promoting a green economy.
