China’s Haichang Ocean Park recently signed a memorandum of understanding with the Saudi Ministry of Investment. The two parties will establish a partnership to explore investment opportunities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia related to cultural and tourism businesses. Under the MoU, the Saudi Ministry of Investment will provide appropriate channels to facilitate Haichang Group’s cooperation with local and international entities and will assist Haichang in developing business plans.
