The Government of Rwanda and China’s Alibaba have agreed to create the first global e-commerce platform in Africa to enable products from East Africa to reach more than half a billion Alibaba consumers. Online travel platform “Figi Figi” and the Rwanda Development Board will work together to promote Rwanda tourism to Chinese customers.
