GCL Technology Holdings Ltd, a Chinese photovoltaic manufacturing enterprise, is in advanced talks with Saudi Arabia to open its first overseas factory as China aims to extend its energy ties beyond fossil fuels. The new factory will kick off as early as 2025, and will produce 120,000 metric tons of green hydrogen per year.
