The China Roads and Bridges Corporation and the Bangladesh Economic Zone Authority signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation to establish an economic and industrial complex between China and Bangladesh. This project is a milestone as the first industrial complex project built by China in Bangladesh. The complex is located between Bangladesh and China in the south of Chittagong, which is a significant investment area for China’s Belt and Road initiatives and international capacity cooperation strategy.
