Chinese TCL Zhonghuan Renewable Energy Technology, the world’s second-biggest solar wafer maker, announced its partnership with Vision Industries, a Saudi Arabian clean energy developer, to construct the first solar wafer plant in the country. TCL Zhonghuan will provide the production technology and Vision Industries will leverage its local resources and experiences to ensure the construction and operation of the solar wafer plant.
