Saudi Aramco has confirmed its investment in a major petrochemical project in Liaoning, China. During the China Development Forum, Mr. Amin Nasser, the company’s president, and CEO, announced that Aramco is preparing, in cooperation with its partners in China, “Norinco” and the Chinese “Pangin Industrial”, to start building an integrated huge refinery and petrochemical complex, in Panjin, Liaoning Province, China. The project value is more than 83.7 billion Yuan.
