Aramco awards two contracts to build gas facilities in Saudi Arabia worth $3.3 billion

Saudi Aramco has concluded two contracts worth $3.3 billion with a leading international consortium to work on its massive natural gas liquids facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Aramco chose the joint engineering alliance Tecnicas-Sinopec as the engineering, procurement and construction contractor to implement the Rias LNG fractionation facility in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, according to a statement seen by Al Arabiya Business.
The alliance’s share is distributed at 65% for Técnicas Reunidas and 35% for Sinopec Engineering, which means that the Spanish company will acquire more than $2.15 billion of the total investment.
