(Alibaba Cloud) announced that it will invest 7 billion yuan to support external services in the next three years by adding six more service centers in the Emirate of Dubai, Mexico City, Kuala Lumpur, and Porto. Alibaba Cloud also announced a partnership with 30 foreign companies. Over the past year, Alibaba Cloud has added 7 new data centers globally, including two in Saudi Arabia. Other Chinese cloud companies such as Tencent, Huawei, and UCloud have also increased their efforts to expand globally.
