Ceer, a joint venture between Taiwanese technology group Foxconn and Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, has concluded a $96 million deal with the King Abdullah Economic Center to develop a manufacturing site. Construction will begin early next year, and prototypes of the sedan and SUV are slated to be available by 2025.
